Ingredients
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of baking powder
150g flour
100mL semi-skimmed milk
100g diced chorizo
100g diced ham
75g diced lean bacon
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Black pepper
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, the baking powder, and the flour.
Slowly mix the milk, then the chorizo, the ham, and the bacon.
Add the oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Put the preparation in a rectangular oven recipient, lined with parchment paper, and let it bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
Take out of the oven and unmold. The Bola de Carne can be served warm or cold.
